3. Service Limitations
KnockSoft does not:
- Represent you as a buyer or seller
- Contact property owners on your behalf
- Negotiate transactions
- Transmit offers or contracts
- Provide licensed real estate brokerage services
- Guarantee the accuracy of market data or price ranges
If your inquiry becomes transactional, you should engage a licensed real estate professional and/or attorney for negotiation, contracts, and closing.
4. Fees and Payment
Our services are provided on a flat-fee, non-contingent basis. Fees are:
- Due upon acceptance of a quote or service agreement
- Non-refundable once services have been delivered
- Not contingent on property purchase, sale, or transaction success
- Not based on percentages, success fees, or "finder's fees"
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already agreed upon.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

KnockSoft does not hold real estate brokerage licenses and does not provide licensed brokerage services.
10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
