Common questions from agents
Will this replace my role with the client?
No. We provide research and analysis only—no representation, negotiation, or transaction services. When the buyer is ready to make an offer, they need you. We're designed to complement your practice, not compete with it.
What if my client already has a CMA from me?
KnockSoft reports are specifically designed for off-market properties with no listing data. They complement your CMA by providing conservative-to-aggressive price bands, risk flags, and outreach scripts—things traditional CMAs don't typically include.
Can I share the report with my client?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. The report is designed to be shared between buyers and their agents to inform offer strategy.
Do you contact the property owner?
No. We never contact owners or act as intermediaries. We provide scripts the buyer (or you, on their behalf) can use. All outreach is done by the buyer or their agent.
How do I get a referral code?
Email us at agents@knocksoft.homes with your name, brokerage, and market. We'll set you up with a unique link and tracking dashboard. You share the link with clients; when they request a report we track it and can discuss referral terms (e.g. commission or lead hand-off) with you.
What markets do you cover?
We work nationwide. Analysis quality depends on comparable sales data availability in the specific market, but we can typically provide useful insights for any residential property in the US.
